Is it really free? What's the catch?
It's really free. We charge nothing on ticket sales. When you sell online, card fees are charged by your payment provider, not by us. Cash-on-entry costs nothing.
Are there paid modules?
Yes. Optional advanced modules exist for teams that need more, priced separately once you turn them on. They never change what's free: ticketing, invitations, check-in, and payouts stay free forever, with zero platform fees, no matter which modules you add.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Attendee names, emails, and purchase data belong to you. We don't market to your customers or share their data with anyone.
Do I need a payment provider?
Only to sell tickets online. Cash-on-entry events and private invitations don't need one. You handle cash at the door yourself.
