Is it really free? What's the catch?
The core platform is free to use. We charge 0% platform fee on your ticket sales. When attendees purchase online with a card, standard card processing is handled by your payment account, exactly as with any online payment. Cash-on-entry and private invitations cost nothing.
How do you keep the lights on without monthly fees?
We keep the core ticketing, invitations, and door scanner free with zero platform fees. We earn money when organisers choose to unlock optional extras — like specialized seating plans, advanced event management upgrades, or sponsor showcase tools. If you don't need those extras, you never pay us anything.
Are there any monthly subscription fees?
No. Events happen in seasons, so recurring monthly subscriptions rarely make sense for organisers. You never pay a monthly fee just to keep an account or run your events.
Do you offer priority support or bespoke enterprise setups?

Who owns the customer data?
You do. Attendee names, emails, and purchase data belong to you. We don't market to your customers or share their data with anyone.
Do I need a payment provider?
